To help tenants and agents fulfil their obligations relating to compliance and inspection visits, we are now offering Virtual Property Inspections. These are tenant driven inspections that allow the tenant to take room overview pictures, highlight problem areas and complete a compliance checklist. Once they have completed the report they sign it digitally on their phone, tablet or PC. We look after all of the admin for you and send you the report on completion. The report instructions are backed up with YouTube instructional videos and the tenant can call us anytime if they need help with the report.
