Larkfield is a civil parish in the Kent borough of Tonbridge and Malling. It lies approximately 2.4 miles (3.9 kilometres) southeast of West Malling, 5.5 miles (8.9 kilometres) northwest of Maidstone, and 11.4 miles (18.3 kilometres) south-southwest of Rochester. The parish was established in 1962 by the merger of two minor historic ecclesiastical parishes, East Malling and Larkfield. The parish of 4.16 square miles (10.77 km2) is located in the centre of the hop fields and fruit-growing region, and it includes a rising residential sector.
The name Larkfield is both literal and descriptive, referring to the great number of skylarks seen in the fields; it first appears in the Domesday Book as Lavrochesfel.
Inventory clerks in Larkfield are experts in detailing the condition and content of a rental property. Not only will a Larkfield inventory clerk carry out an inventory before a property is rented out, but they will also carry out interim reports, check-ins, and check-outs.
The inventory is hugely important when it comes to determining whether the tenant’s deposit should be returned in full, or at all. Inventory clerks in Larkfield will be able to check whether the damage in the property (if any) is in line with fair wear and tear or is something more.
At Looksy Inventories, Larkfield inventory clerks, we are passionate about property. We have been tenants and we have been landlords, and we understand the complex nature of the relationship between the two. Having a professional, experienced inventory clerk in Larkfield on hand to carry out reporting is a way not only to protect your property but to protect your reputation and your tenants.
The understanding of the inventory process and its importance for landlords, agents, and tenants has been painstakingly gained, and we are proud of our excellent reputation for carefully carrying out inventories, check-ins, and check-outs.
